8. Line up the two molded tabs of the lower dome with the two parallel surfaces on the

housing. Push the lower dome up and verify that it snaps into place on both sides.

Installing an Outdoor Pendant Camera

The S2800eN-W22CA, S2800eN-W22, S2800eN-W23, S2800eN-M23, S2800eN-W35, and

S2800eN-M35 outdoor models include a sunshield, heater, and weather protection. They

require support equipment; it can be one of the following:

 A mount offered as an option when you purchased the camera. Many mounts are

available; see page 5.

 A 1.5-inch vertical pipe with an appropriate coupling. The pipe is a standard 1.5-inch

NPT type that must be oriented vertically so the S2800e can effectively hang from it.

Unless otherwise indicated, the word mount is used to represent any of this equipment.

The mount must provide suitable support for a weight of 7.7 lb (3.5 kg).
